Reminiscing the 23rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games through Photos from a Film Camera

too early for the main swimming events of the 23rd SEA Games

When the swimming pool area inside TRACE College in Los Baños, Laguna was renovated in preparation for the 23rd Southeast Asian (SEAS) Games in 2005, a visit to the venue of the swimming events was considered a boon. And a friend of mine insisted that we go and visit the place. I remember him waiting for my mathematical analysis class to finish (he did not want to sit in) so that we could go to the place early.

The whole day was spent waiting for the main events in the late afternoon only to be disappointed when his mother called him and asked him to go back home. One bonus during the day was making an acquaintance with a fair lady who later became our friends. We also got for ourselves some souvenirs: fans and t-shirts.
